Return/Refund Policy

At Drip Chief, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns & RefundsTo be eligible for a return or refund:
  • You must request the return within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: We require a short video of you unboxing the item(s). This helps us quickly address any issues. Orders without an unboxing video are highly unlikely to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Our refund policy is limited to manufacturing defects only. We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers, weather, theft after delivery, or customer handling.
How to Start a Return
  1. Contact us at theofficialdripchief@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
    Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages, Issues & Missing Items
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and bring it inside right away (especially in extreme weather).
  • Contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Missing items may qualify for a refund or replacement after review.
We perform a strict 3-person QA check and use protective packaging, but items and packaging can shift during transit.
Non-Returnable ItemsThe following cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • ALL TCG (Trading Card Games)
ExchangesThe fastest way to exchange is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the replacement.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank/credit card processing times may vary.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at theofficialdripchief@gmail.com.
PreordersPreorders are subject to distributor allocations and are not guaranteed until shipped. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to allocation issues, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Allocations can take several weeks.
Prohibited PurchasesShopping bots, retail bots, or any automated purchasing tools are not permitted. Orders placed using such technology violate our Terms and Conditions and will not be refunded.
